VOLMEC AUTOMOBILE WORKSHOP
Logo Design, Print, Responsive Web Design, Social Media Artwork & Rebranding
VOLMEC is a Sri Lankan based automobile workshop specialising in Volvo repairs and servicing. I initially worked with them as a free lancer and created their first logo, print material, artwork and content for advertising. This later progressed into managing their social media page and then a full rebranding when they moved to a bigger space. I have since done their current logo, responsive web design and all content on the site, print collateral which included business cards, flyers and posters, as well as their signage.
Both logos were designed by me: the first had more of an automobile garage kind of theme while their new logo focusses more on a simpler and cleaner approach. The new theme was used throughout the design of their new website and business cards, and letterheads.
When my clients moved to a new space, they wanted a complete rebranding of their service. This included their new website which was designed to match the Scandinavian theme of their favourite vehicle. All the content on this site was also written by me with a lot of research and of coarse with the information provided by the client.

The same uncluttered theme was used in their main print material which included their business card and letterhead. That being said, the letterhead I designed for them had one little tweak. With all the warnings and drastic changes being made to protect the environment, I added a little sign in the corner as a tiny show of support towards the green movement. Luckily for me the client decided to keep it!

In addition to their logos, website and letterheads, I've worked on several flyers and social media post artwork which I'm sharing below. My favourite though is the digital artwork of a Volvo coming out of the shadows which I created for them as their cover pic on Facebook a few years ago.
